Does NI'S TICHOLOGY test on animals??

No, NI’S TICHOLOGY does not test on animals during our product research, development, and manufacturing processes. We do not own any animal testing facilities, and we never ask others to test on our behalf.

Are NI'S TRICHOLOGY products safe to use while pregnant or breast-feeding?

NI’S TRICHOLOGY carefully assesses our products and ingredients to ensure they are safe for everyone. However, every person and pregnancy is unique, please consult your doctor first if you are unsure or have any questions about the products you use during pregnancy and/or lactation.

How are refunds processed?

Please allow 5-10 business days to process your refund upon receipt at our warehouse. We will credit or refund the purchase price paid by you for the item(s) plus any tax paid on the item(s), less any discounts, rebates, credits or refunds already given to you in connection with such products.

How soon will I see results from NI'S TRICHOLOGY Products?

Results can vary from person to person, we recommend using 2-3 times a week, continually for optimal results.

How long will it take for my order to be shipped?

We typically process orders within 1-2 business days. Shipping times vary depending on the destination and shipping method selected at checkout.

How we use cookies?

We use cookies for a number of different purposes. Some cookies are necessary for technical reasons; some enable a personalized experience for both visitors and registered users; and some allow the display of advertising from selected third party networks. All orders are charged at the time of checkout. Our systems do not save your payment details past the checkout point for security purposes.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we offer international shipping via Australia Post

Will I be charged for custom fees?

Unfortunately, we don’t have any information about customs fees. Please note that we do not collect taxes and duties during checkout and therefore, we are not responsible for paying these if required. If you have questions regarding how/when duties and taxes are charged, we advise contacting your Customs office directly.
